ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2412HC239 for a Zoning Text Amendment filed by Eric Nolan, Harrison County Zoning Administrator, requesting approval of an amendment to Section 203 Meaning of Words and Terms and Section 815 Accessory Buildings of the Harrison County, Mississippi Unified Development Code, 2000. (New language is in italics; language to be removed is crossed out) 203 - Meaning of Words and Terms Shipping Containers- Shipping Container means any container that was used for the transport of goods by means of rail, truck, or by sea. Sizes are typically 20’L x 8’W x 8’6”H or 40’L x 8’W x 8’6”H. 815 - Accessory Buildings 815.13 Shipping Containers shall be allowed as accessory buildings on properties over 3 acres in size if they are located to the side or rear of the primary building except when the accessory building is located double the required front yard setback from the front property line and is not visible from a public road.
