ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2412HC217 for a Zoning Map Amendment filed by David Lombardo and Elva O’Brian (O’ Brian Properties, LLC) requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of two parcels totaling 1.44-acres of land. The properties are currently zoned as an R-1 (Low-Density Residential), E-1 (Very Low-Density Residential), A-1 (General Agriculture) and a Special Use District. The request is to change the zoning district classification of a 50ft flag pole for the O’Brian’s to the A-1 (General Agriculture) and remove the Special Use District as well as a 50ft flag lot for the Lombardo’s to the E-1 (Very Low-Density Residential) for the purpose of a subdividing property as shown on the site plan.
