ORDER concurring with a Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission authorizing and approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the Harrison County Development Commission, the Harrison County Board of Supervisors, and Toro Energy of Mississippi, LLC, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to concur in this Resolution and to join in the execution of the Memorandum of Understanding.
