(New language is in italics, language to be removed is crossed out) 203 - Meaning of Words and Terms Shipping Containers- Shipping Container means any container that was used for transport of goods by means of rail, truck or by sea. Sizes are typically 20’Lx8’Wx8’6”H or 40’Lx8’Wx8’6” H. 815 - Accessory Buildings 815.13 Shipping Containers shall be allowed as accessory buildings on properties over 3 acres in size if they are located to the side or rear of the primary building except when the accessory building is located double the required front yard setback from the front property line and is not visible from a public road. Container will be counted as accessory structures as referenced in Section 815.04 and Section 815.08.
