ORDER concurring with the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission attached hereto to enter into that certain Dredge Material Disposal Agreement to allow James J. Chiniche, P.A., d/b/a Chiniche Engineering and Surveying, non-exclusive access to the Pass Christian spoil disposal area, owned and maintained by the Harrison County Development Commission, for the purpose of disposing dredge material on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement attached as Exhibit "A".
