ORDER concurring with the Resolution of the Harrison County Development Commission attached hereto, authorizing and approving the sale of approximately 3.00 acres of real property, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A", to Nunya LLC in accordance with the real estate purchase offer attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and having a purchase price of $95,000.00, and requesting the Harrison County Board of Supervisors to join in the conveyance of said real property pursuant to a Special Warranty Deed in substantial conformity with Exhibit "C".
