The following came on for discussion by the Board: a) Matt Stratton, EMA Director, reported that Tropical Depression No. 8 will be named Tropical Storm Raphael once it moves into the Gulf of Mexico. There is no immediate threat for the Gulf Coast. b) Supervisor Ladner remarked that signs will be posted to notify voters that the voting precinct has been moved from County Farm Fire Station No. 3 to Windance Church on Robinson Road.
