The Chancery Clerk reported concerns of the Chancery Court Judges regarding issuance of time sensitive summons not being delivered on time using the current postage service. The solution would be to use Quadient, Inc., under State contract No. 8200075355 for a period of 36 months at a cost of $558.79 per month, and postage of approximately $3,000.00 per month. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER approving amendment to the Chancery Clerk's budget in the amount of $42,705.48 per year to provide said postage service to the Chancery Court.
