RESOLUTION of the Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi, (the "County"), authorizing the employment of certain professionals in connection with the preparation and issuance of tax increment financing bonds for the Bridgewater Bay Project to raise money for the purpose of providing funds for certain site and infrastructure improvements relating to the Bridgewater Bay Projects, and for related purposes.
