ORDER approving travel for Joey King and Jason Purvis, Harrison County EMA, to attend the Mississippi State CERT Instructor Certification and Training Workshop to be held on December 2-5, 2024, in Starkville, Mississippi. Completion of this workshop will allow EMA employees to instruct CERT to local citizens, which promotes preparedness and safety in local communities. There is no registration cost, travel will be by county vehicle, and estimated cost for hotel and per diem is $800 per person.
