ORDER acknowledging and spreading upon the minutes the following executed documents: a) MEMA Mitigation Grant Program HMGP # DR-4538-0003-R Closeout Request Letter, submitted to MEMA by the Executive Director of the Gulfport Biloxi Regional Airport / Harrison County BOS closing out the Harrison County Airport Generator project. b) Engineer’s Certification Letter certifying project completion and substantial conformance to the plans and specifications.
