After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER approving the Road Department to take action on October 24, 2024, by cleaning and removing any and all blighted structures therefrom and assessing costs and penalties thereof to the property as permitted by House Bill No. 1582 (Mississippi Legislature, 2016 Regular Session), for Braden Road Trailer Park.
