ORDER authorizing Machado Patano to (i) proceed with design/preparation of bid documents for the conversion of the former children's shelter located at 47 Maples Drive into classroom and meeting space specifically designed for use by the Harrison County IDD Program administered through Pine Belt Mental Health Resources; and (ii) proceed with the bid process as required by Miss. Code Ann. §31-3-21.
