ORDER accepting the proposal of McCreary Veselka Bragg & Allen PC (MVBA) to perform collections of outstanding fines owed to the Harrison County Justice Court to be paid at the rate of (i) 20% of fines collected from Mississippi residents; and (ii) 30% of fines collected from non-Mississippi residents for a term of 2 years with either party having the option to cancel upon 90 days written notice.
