ORDER approving assistance from the following departments regarding voting equipment and ballots: a) Road Department - delivering to the precincts the election equipment on Monday, November 4, 2024 and picking up equipment on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. b) Facilities & Maintenance and Outside Building & Grounds with off-loading the ballots upon delivery and various tasks that may require additional assistance during the preparation for the election.
