The following came on for discussion by the Board: a) The County Administrator explained that accounts 301, 302 bond account, and paving accounts are being reconciled. Invoices received on capital projects are being reviewed and administration is working on updating the spreadsheet for accuracy for review by the Board. In the future, verification should be received from the County Administrator's Office for availability of funding source for projects. b) Troy Peterson discussed cost to the County for Pine Belt facility maintenance at the Broad Avenue facility. The Board determined that a meeting should be scheduled with Pine Belt to draft an agreement regarding responsibility of the maintenance costs by the County as the owner of the building and Pine Belt. He also remarked that the Petit Bois location will be for sale by Region XIII.
