The following came on for discussion by the Board: a) Supervisor Powers read a message received from a citizen thanking Harrison County and Fire Services for emergency services provided to a family member who was in a vehicle accident and thanking the Fire Fighters for helping with information that resulted in having a wheelchair ramp built. b) The Board Attorney advised as to the status of the companion case to Alrich v. Secretary of State and that he believed the county did not need to actively participate therein, therefore he would only monitor the litigation and advise of any change.
