ORDER authorizing the removal of obstructions in a drainage easement at Lot 9 of Virginia Ridge Subdivision and assessing the cost to restore the function of the easement to the property owner. Notice will be provided to the resident allowing time for the resident to restore the easement before the County takes action. Photos are attached.
