The Sheriff reported that 804 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. These numbers include 73 misdemeanors, 35 juveniles (eleven in Juvenile Detention with nine from Harrison County and two from Hancock County), 224 state inmates, with 56 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility.
