The Board held a hearing at 10:15 a.m. on Case File 2404HC083 for Tax Parcel Nos. 0606-24-001.000, 0606-24-002.000 and 0606P-01-001.000, and received the following comments: a) Introduction by Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator. b) Comments by Bobby Heinrich and Malcolm Jones, in favor of a Zoning Map Amendment and Conditional Use Permit. c) Comments by Casey Hightower, Alberta Garcia and Ina Dunes, opposed to a Zoning Map Amendment and Conditional Use Permit. d) Rebuttal by Mark Cumbest and Malcolm Jones. After full discussion, The Board adopted an ORDER denying the appeal and thereby concurring with the Planning Commission's recommendation to deny the rezoning filed by Heinrich & Associates, LLC for Mark Cumbest et.al. and Wessler Enterprises L.P. for the purpose of developing a single-family residential subdivision known as Highland Gardens.
