RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the issuance of not to exceed $49,500,000.00 Harrison County, Mississippi General Obligation Coliseum and Convention Center Refunding Bonds, Tax-Exempt Series 2024A and Taxable Series 2024B, for the purpose of providing funds to be used to refinance certain outstanding indebtedness of the County, as described herein; directing the preparation, execution and delivery of said bonds; authorizing the negotiated sale of said bonds and approving the form, execution and delivery of offering documents and related financing documents in connection with said bonds; and for related purposes.
