The Sheriff reported that 814 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. These numbers include 71 misdemeanors, 36 juveniles (ten in Juvenile Detention from Harrison County), 223 state inmates, with 43 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility.
