ORDER designating and authorizing the county purchasing clerk or his/her designee, to accept the lowest and best competitive written bids solicited and received pursuant to Miss Code § 31-7-13(b) in accordance therewith. The purchasing clerk or his/her designee shall spread any such purchases pursuant to Miss Code § 31-7-13(b) on the minutes at the next meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Harrison County.
