ORDER denying the appeal filed by Russell and Cheryl Dedeaux and concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2404HC078 for a conditional use permit requested by Donovan Scruggs for Rick Messin and Andey Messin for the purpose of constructing mini-warehouse units as shown on the site plan. Mini-warehouse storage facilities in the C-1 district requires a Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Commission. The subject property is located at 16314 Landon Rd. The ad valorem tax parcel number is 0709B-01-002.000. The issuance of the Conditional use permit will be based on the following conditions: 1) Build the self-storage facility along the northern portion of the property only behind their primary dwelling. 2) The dwelling will buffer the units from Landon Road. 3) Landscaping buffers and privacy fence to be maintained by the owner. 4) Conditional use for five 30 x 100 feet self-storage building only.
