ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2406HC107 for a Zoning Map Amendment filed by Randolph Jr. & Helen Nicaise requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of two parcels totaling of 0.32-acres of land as shown on site plan. The properties are currently zoned as an A-1 (General Agriculture) and E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification to the E-1 (Very Low-Density Residential) for Parcel “A” and to the A-1 (General Agriculture) for Parcel “B” for the purpose of subdividing & combining the properties for a land swap.
