ORDER authorizing compromise and settlement of property damage claims in the amount of $8,387.40 to Casey Lyons, and $21,288.75 to James Moody, arising from an accident involving the Sand Beach Department. The Board Attorney and the County's TPA will obtain releases and advise as to how the checks should be made payable, which may then be issued from the Tort Account.
