After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER tabling the appeal filed by Russell and Cheryl Dedeaux of the Planning Commission decision to approve Case File 2404HC078 for a Zoning Map Amendment filed by Donovan Scruggs for Rick Messin and Andey Messin requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 10.0-acre parcel of land. The property is currently zoned as an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification to the C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) District for the purpose of constructing mini-warehouse units as shown on the site plan. Mini-warehouse storage facilities in the C-1 district requires a Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Commission. The subject property is located at 16314 Landon Rd.
