ORDER concurring with the Harrison County Development Commission's resolution acknowledging its support for a ten year exemption from ad valorem taxation for PCC GulfChem Corporation, subject to the completion of a new enterprise in Harrison County, Mississippi and the fulfillment of all requirements of the Mississippi Code Annotated, Section 27-31-107.
