The Sheriff reported that 772 persons are currently housed in the Harrison County Jail Facilities. These numbers include 90 misdemeanors, 33 juveniles (seven in Juvenile Detention from Harrison County), 205 state inmates, 21 federal inmates, with 23 inmates ready for transfer to a state facility.
