The Board held a Public Meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Tax Increment Financing Plan Tomaston Medical Park Biloxi, Harrison County, Mississippi, and received the following comments: a) Laurence Leyens requested an update to Exhibit I, page 27, he requested the single use of word "cardiac" be deleted. b) The Board Attorney noted that language should be included in lease(s) of businesses or covenant to the property to include the requirement to report the number of jobs and that the information will be provided when requested. After discussion, the Board voted on a RESOLUTION of the Board of Supervisors of Harrison County, Mississippi approving the adoption of and implementation of the Tax Increment Financing Plan Tomaston Medical Park Biloxi, Harrison County, Mississippi, May 2024.
