ORDER declaring that (i) the real property located at 4208 Railroad Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501 has no viable use to Harrison County and should be declared surplus; (ii) a title search should be conducted to determine whether any restrictions exist which would prohibit the County's sale of such property; and (iii) upon affirmation that said property can legally be disposed of, dispose of said parcel pursuant to the provisions of Miss. Code §19-7-3 (1972), as amended.
