ORDER approving assumption of 11 street lights in Belvedere Place Subdivision, Part 5 and 6, located in Section 20, Township 6 South, Range 11 West, Supervisor's Voting District 2, in accordance with the Harrison County Land Development Ordinance, and payments of lights currently serving residents to be determined, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer. (The final plat for Part 5 was accepted December 9, 2019 and final plat for Part 6 was accepted April 4, 2022).
