Willie Allen, Facilities and Maintenance Director explained he received a roof estimate of approximately $94,150.00 that will require advertisement for bids. He also received a quote for flooring of approximately $32,189.00 that will require a second quote for action. The covered walkway will require discussion with the City of Biloxi Engineer since it is a city street. There is money in the capital fund for these projects at the Biloxi Youth Detention Center.
