ORDER concurring with the Harrison County Development Commission and approving the following listed actions of the Harrison County Development Commission, and authorizing Board President to sign where necessary: 1) RESOLUTION of the Harrison County Development Commission to accept the bid by Meever USA, Inc. in the amount of $58,455.00 for mooring materials necessary to construct a bulkhead at the Gulf Ship Facility located in Gulfport, Mississippi; 2) RESOLUTION of the Harrison County Development Commission to accept the bid by Meever USA, Inc. in the amount of $242,250.00 for Cathodic protection of a bulkhead to be constructed at the Gulf Ship Facility located in Gulfport, Mississippi. 3) RESOLUTION of the Harrison County Development Commission to accept the base bid by Meever USA, Inc. in the amount of $1,232,732.50 for steel materials necessary to construct a bulkhead at the Gulf Ship Facility located in Gulfport, Mississippi. 4) RESOLUTION of the Harrison County Development Commission to accept the bid package by Fair Tide Marine & Construction LLC in the total amount of $1,299,777.00 for labor and equipment to design and construct a bulkhead at the Gulf Ship Facility located in Gulfport, Mississippi. 5) RESOLUTION of the Harrison County Development Commission to accept the bid by Warren Paving Inc. in the amount of $202,000.00 for aggregate materials necessary to construct a bulkhead at the Gulf Ship Facility located in Gulfport, Mississippi.
