Jaclyn Turner, County Engineer discussed the following items: a) ARPA - Jaclyn Turner explained that bids received last week were lower than the estimated costs of the project. She will provide the Board with further information, options and her recommendation moving forward. b) Dolphin Lane and FEMA funds - Jaclyn Turner explained that FEMA's estimate is low based on the scope of the work.
