The following came on for discussion by the Board: a) Supervisor Jones stated that there is a need for the installation of a new lighting system at the Isiah Fredericks Community Center ball field. Supervisor Ladner advised that a proposal should be submitted to the Board with the cost of the new lighting system. During discussion, it was noted that there would be no financial obligation to Harrison County for the new system, only financial obligation to Mississippi Power for the lease of the lights. b) Supervisor Powers inquired the status of the IDD Building on 42nd Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi. The County Engineer stated that the specs for the new building are almost complete.
