ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2402HC025 for another filed by Erica Page for Kenneth Gregory (Deceased) requesting the continuation of a one-year limitation for non-conforming uses to allow for the repower of an existing manufactured home on a 1.4-acre parcel of land as identified on the site plan. The property is zoned as an R-1 (Low Density Residential) District. The Board of Supervisors, upon favorable recommendation of the Planning Commission, shall at its discretion have the authority to extend said one-year limitations for additional period of time upon application of the owner or leaseholder.
