Mr. Coggins appeared before the Board to discuss the creation of a new intermodal facility near Memorial Hospital. After full discussion the Board adopted an ORDER authorizing the Board to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement among the Mississippi Coast Transportation Authority, Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, Harrison County, Mississippi, and The City of Gulfport, Mississippi concerning certain transportation improvements on property owned by Memorial Hospital at Gulfport and authorizing the Board President to execute same after review by the Board Attorney.
