Valeri Underwood and Judge Dickinson appeared before the Board with a slide presentation for the Harrison County Youth Court and other facilities to be moved from Biloxi to Gulfport off Seaway Road. The Board also received comments from Andrea Sanders with the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services and Crosby Parker, District Attorney.
