The Board held a hearing at 10:30 a.m. on Case File 2311HC209 for Tax Parcel No. 0602K-01-001.000, and received the following comments: a) Introduction by Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator. b) Comments by Laura Clark, appellant, opposed to the conditional use permit. c) Comments by Evelyn Chastant, in favor of the conditional use permit. d) Rebuttal by Laura Clark After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER denying the appeal and concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2311HC209 for a Conditional Use Permit filed by Evelyn Chastant requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a manufactured home on a 3.5-acre parcel of land as shown on site plan, with the following conditions: (a) mobile home must be 2024 or newer model, (b) set mobile home on brick foundation, (c) property may not be used for rental. The E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District requires a conditional use permit for the placement of a manufactured home. The subject property is located at XXXXX Pinecrest Rd. The ad valorem tax parcel number is 0602K-01-001.000.
