Mr. Gilbert Ramsey, military Veteran, Association Outreach Specialist, appeared before the Board to report that he is working on a project consisting of sale of specially labeled water bottles with the profit going to help various veterans projects on the coast and requested donation of the old D'Iberville police station for use by his organization for this project.
