- Motion to approve and authorize the Board President to sign the 48-month rental/lease of a Canon ImageRunner Advance DX C 3935i digital copier with a monthly maintenance agreement for the Board Office. The Copier is on MS State Contract No.8500080135, effective dates May 1, 2025–April 30, 2026. The total monthly contract price is $249 from Canon, and spread the Rental Agreement on the Minutes.
