2. Motion to Approve the Option and Lease Agreement Between the HCPHC and Red Hills Tower Company, LLC, for a Cell Tower at Port Bienville Industrial Park.
3. Motion to Approve the Option and Lease Agreement Between the HCPHC and Red Hills Tower Company, LLC, for a Cell Tower at Stennis International Airport.
4. Motion to spread on the Minutes the Hancock County Attorney's Opinion Letter regarding the Equipment Lease-Purchase Agreement by and between Motorola Solutions, Inc., and Hancock County, Mississippi.
5. Motion to spread on the Minutes the fully executed Second Amendment to Sublease Agreement by and between Ochsner Medical Center-Hancock, LLC and City of Diamondhead Mississippi regarding the dog park.
