3. Motion to spread on the Minutes the fully executed Amendment No. 3 to the Master Services Agreement with DCMC Partners for pre-positioned consultant services.
4. Motion to approve and authorize the Board President to sign a Lexis Nexis agreement, beginning January 1, 2026 for the Chancery Clerk. No budget amendment is necessary.
5. Motion to approve the docket of claims for November 17, 2025, in the amount of $160,460.91. The record shows the addition of $3,043.64 for the payment to Prasha Davis per the amendment.
6. Motion to consider the proposal from Polychemie for purchase of real property from Hancock County under Mississippi Code Section 19-7-3 (4), for the private sale of property with a finding under Mississippi Code Section 19-7-3 (4) for the purpose of economic growth, industrial development in the area and authorizing the county attorney and any other necessary signatures on the sale.
