Motion to approve and authorize the Board President to sign the 48-month rental/lease of a Canon ImageForce C5140 multifunctional digital copier with a monthly maintenance agreement for the E-911 (ADMIN), from MS State Contract No. 8200085486, effective dates May 1, 2026-April 30, 2027. The total contract price is $239 from Canon, and spread the Rental Agreement on Minutes.
2. Motion to approve and spread on the Minutes, the E-911 Commission's approval to execute the Motorola Tower and Radio Console Maintenance Contract for July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, in the amount of $91,441.79 (reduction of $86,069.59).
3. <span style="text-transform: capitalize;">Motion to approve the agreement on special contract pricing for wharfage and dockage with bayou caddy trucking for zero dockage fees for all annual volumes at the privately leased dock in port Bienville industrial park.
4. Motion to approve and authorize the Board President to sign the 48-month rental/lease of Canon Multifunctional Copiers with a monthly maintenance agreement from MS State Contract #8200085486, with effective dates May 1, 2026–April 30, 2027, are as follows:<br>a. Finance Bookkeeping: $441.98,b. Tax Collector: $301.61,c. Justice Court: $274.00,d. Judges' Chambers: $149.00,e. Chancery Land Clerk: $200.63.
5. Motion to approve and authorize the Board President to sign the 12-month Software Agreement with TransUnion for Investigations.
6. Motion to approve the Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Diamondhead, Mississippi, Hancock County Board of Supervisors and the Diamondhead Fire District and authorize the Board President to sign.
7. Motion to amend Item 7.B.11 from the May 4, 2026, meeting to add and spread on the Minutes, the sole source letter to the purchase of Caliber Quote, as approved at the May 4, 2026, meeting. The sole source letter was not attached.
8. Motion to approve and spread on the Minutes the attached 16th Section Land Matters:a. New Lease — S&S Hunting Lands — Hunting & Fishing Lease 18093 — Section: 17-5S-15W — Parcel# 024-0-17-002.000 and Parcel # 024-0-17-014.000 (247 acres) Lease will be effective on April 1, 2026, with an annual payment of $2,346.50,b. Amendments — Brian Necaise - Residential Lease 60125 - Section I6-6S-I4W - Parcel #055-0-16-031.001 - 24th year appraisal, with an annual payment of $528.00. (A) Tax Assessor Certificate, (8) Data Change Sheet,c. Cancellation — Michael & Linda Woods — Residential Lease 62610 — Section 16-7S-14W — Parcel #065-0-16-005.000. Mr.& Mrs. Woods need to cancel their lease due to personal reasons and wish to assign it to Coein Bice who will purchase their mobile home. (A) Data Change Sheet, d. Assignment — Coein Bice - Residential Lease 62610 — Section 16-7S-14W- Parcel #065-0-16-005.000. Mr. Bice wishes to lease property where the mobile home he is purchasing is located, with an annual payment of $765.00. (A) Data Change Sheet.
9. Motion to spread on the Minutes the Department of Revenue's Order approving the Real and Personal Assessment Rolls for 2025.
10. Motion to spread on the Minutes the Order of the Department of Revenue for the 2025 Real & Personal assessment rolls.
11. Motion to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Task Order from Neel-Schaffer for the Arena project and authorize any necessary budget amendments.
