3. Motion to spread on the Minutes the following personnel changes:a. Remove John Bunce from the payroll, effective May 05, 2026,b. Add Michael Guitreau to the payroll as a part-time Deputy, rate of pay $15.00 per hour, effective June 01, 2026,c. Change the rate of pay for Lynn Galbraith to $25.22 per hour, effective June 01, 2026.
