1. Motion to authorize the Board President and Chancery Clerk to execute the real estate purchase and sale agreement and special warranty deed with Coast Electric Power Association for approximately +2.5 acres of land located on Weber Road within the Port Bienville Industrial Park for the purchase price of $3,900. The board finds that the proposed sale will support increased utility capacity and reliability for Port Bienville and its tenants and is in the best interest of the commission.
2. Motion to accept/reject/alter the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning Application #943 from the September 3, 2026, Planning and Zoning Minutes. After discussion, the Board voted to accept the recommendation.
3. Motion to amend the agenda to authorize payment in the amount of $61,400 to the MS State Treasury, concerning the North Railroad Bridge Project to be taken from the Road and Bridge line item, and add to today's docket.
4. Motion to accept/reject/alter the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning Application #938 from the September 3, 2026, Planning and Zoning Minutes. After discussion, the Board rejected the recommendation and the Motion failed.
5. Motion to accept/reject/alter the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning Application #944 from the Planning and Zoning Minutes. After discussion, the Board voted to accept the recommendation.
6. Motion to accept/reject/alter the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning Application #946 from the September 3, 2026, Planning and Zoning Minutes. After discussion, the Board voted to accept the recommendation.
