- Resolution - authorizing and directing the issuance of Hospital Revenue Refunding Bonds (Memorial Hospital at Gulfport Project), Series 2025, of the City of Gulfport, Mississippi, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of seventy-five million dollars ($75,000,000) for the purpose of loaning funds to the Board of Trustees of the Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, which funds will be used to <span style="font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;" id="isPasted">(1) to fund capital improvements for Memorial Hospital Gulfport, (2) reimburse certain capital expenditures of the hospital and (3) </span>pay certain expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the Series 2025 Bonds; approving the forms of and authorizing the execution of a Loan Agreement, the Series 2025 Note, Trust Indenture, and a Bond Purchase Agreement; approving the form of and distribution of a Preliminary Official Statement and approving and authorizing the execution and distribution of a Final Official Statement relating to the Series 2025 Bonds; authorizing execution and delivery of related documents, and related matters.
