- Motion to provide and authorize the City Attorney and his staff to be authorized to enter into a consent judgment with Antoinette Strickland, by and through her attorney's of record, Holcomb Johnson, PLLC, in the sum of $16,748.00 in settlement of the City of Gulfport's claim for property damage arising out of an incident that occurred on February 7, 2025, when Antoinette Strickland damaged a light pole owned by the City of Gulfport, and that the Mayor and City Attorney's office be authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate this settlement on behalf of the City, including, without limitation, and conditioned upon the City implementing a withholding order or garnishment to collect payments in the sum of 25% of her net income.
