- Motion to provide and authorize the City Attorney and his staff to file and pursue all actions necessary or needed in order to recover monies owed by Charles “Chuck” Bucher and any others responsible for the boat known as “Boatox” being found or located within the City’s municipal marina / harbor as well as for any delinquent amounts owed to the City in connection with or arising out of this boat being kept, stored, or located within the City’s municipal marina / harbor, to include, but not be limited to, the sale or auction of this boat by the Sheriff or others to satisfy a judgment in favor of the City and against Charles Bucher for unpaid dockage fees owed to the City, and to expend monies to go towards the payment of any necessary related costs or expenses associated with such actions and sale or auction of this boat.
- Motion to provide and authorize the City Attorney and his staff to file and pursue all actions necessary or needed in order to recover monies owed by Chris Witherspoon and any others responsible for the boat known as “AUXARC” being found or located within the City’s municipal marina / harbor as well as for any delinquent amounts owed to the City in connection with or arising out of this boat being kept, stored, or located within the City’s municipal marina / harbor, to include, but not be limited to, the sale or auction of this boat by the Sheriff or others to satisfy a judgment in favor of the City and against Chris Witherspoon for unpaid dockage fees owed to the City, and to expend monies to go towards the payment of any necessary related costs or expenses associated with such actions and sale or auction of this boat.
